Welcome to Pawcasso Park. We are committed to providing every dog with safe, comfortable, and professional grooming services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Health & Vaccinations
We assume your pet is in good health and up to date with vaccinations. If any serious health issue arises during grooming, we will pause service and contact you immediately.

2. Matted Coats
Severely matted coats may hide skin conditions. Dematting may cause redness or minor bleeding. Extra fees apply for manual dematting. If too severe, shaving may be required.

3. Grooming Risks
Grooming may involve risks such as stress, minor nicks, or skin reactions. While we take every precaution, these risks cannot be fully eliminated.

4. Pre-existing Conditions & Injuries
If we discover a pre-existing issue not disclosed before the session, we will stop the service and inform you. Related treatment or costs are the owner’s responsibility.

5. Aggressive Behaviour
If your dog becomes aggressive or poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to terminate the service. Any damage caused is the owner's responsibility.

6. Medical Costs
Any medical costs arising from your dog’s health or behaviour (e.g. stress-related illness, skin flare-ups, sudden movements) are the owner's responsibility.

7. Pick-up Check
Please inspect your dog upon pick-up. Raise any grooming concerns before leaving. Once the dog leaves our premises, we cannot take responsibility unless there is clear evidence of grooming-related harm.

严重打结可能掩盖皮肤问题。人工开结可能造成皮肤红肿或轻微出血，并会收取额外费用。如毛发打结严重，我们可能建议直接剃毛。

3. 美容风险
美容过程中可能出现轻微划伤、应激反应或皮肤问题。我们会尽全力避免，但风险无法完全消除。

4. 既有健康问题与受伤
若在美容中发现事先未告知的问题，我们会暂停服务并联系您。相关处理和费用由宠物主人承担。

5. 攻击性行为
如宠物出现攻击行为或威胁安全，我们有权终止服务。由此引发的任何损失由宠物主人承担。

6. 医疗费用
因宠物自身健康问题或行为异常导致的健康状况或治疗费用，由主人自行承担。

7. 离店检查
请在接宠物时检查造型与身体状况，如有异议请当场提出。宠物离店后出现问题，除非有明确人为过失，本店概不负责。
