Bring your own dog and learn the basics so you can groom at home.
​Includes washing, drying, nails, grooming and clipping.
Course Structure:
​5-Week Intensive Grooming Course (20 Days, 4 Days a Week)
Over the course of five weeks, you will gain all the essential skills needed for a successful career in dog grooming. Training covers:

Bathing & drying techniques

Clipping, trimming & scissoring skills

Styling and finishing
-
Animal care, health & safety

Customer service & salon operations
By the end of this program, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and hands-on experience to confidently begin your journey as a professional groomer.

During these short courses you will learn everything from washing, drying and trimming nails in Level 1, through to creative grooming in Level 5 with each level consisting of 4 days of training.
week 1:

Introduction to Dog Grooming, designed for those interested in grooming their own dogs at home.

Learn about grooming equipment, Bathing, Drying, Trim Nails, Tidy the pads, pluck ears, hygienic areas, grooming out the coat and clipping your dog.
week 2:
Course content:

This is the next level for those wishing to continue on with their grooming classes.

Learn how to groom dogs with the correct equipment and techniques for clipping and scissoring.

Knowing which of the blades/ snap-on combs/ tools of trade, to use is a must and will be covered in this level.

It is time to focus on technique and time frame. This is for those students who are serious about working in or running their own salon.

Time for some fun!! During these 4 days you will learn some creative grooming skills.

Understanding your client's needs and requirements.
NEVER more than 4 students per class, so you get personal, hands-on coaching from a respected industry trainer. After you graduate, you’ll have long-term support—come back to volunteer and observe, or bring your dog to refresh and level-up your skills alongside new student groups.
